- Hassle-Free Returns: Initiate within 30 days at getgotchies.loopreturns.com (US orders only)
- Multi-Pack Refunds: Try on only one pair to check fit. Return the entire pack (including the opened pair, marked for identification).
- One-Pack Exchanges: Opened one-packs are eligible for a free size exchange, but not refunds. Unopened one-packs can be refunded in full.
- International Orders: All sales are final.
- Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (shipping fees non-refundable).
- $5 Handling Fee: Applies to all returns and exchanges.
