At Gotchies, we want you to love your new underwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 100-day hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you have a positive experience.
Exchanges do not have any handling fees, but refund returns will require an $8 handling charge. If you choose to get a refund in store credit there is no handling fee.

Returns and refunds are eligible for orders made within the US. All international purchases are final sale.
Multi-Pack Return Guidelines (2, 4, & 8-Packs)
If you ordered any multi-pack, you may open and try on only one pair to determine if the fit and feel meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return process:
- Open the package from the top only.
- The top pair in your box will be separated with tissue paper — this is your designated try-on pair.
- Please do not remove the tissue paper or handle the sealed pairs below unless you are certain you’re keeping them.
- If you choose to return the pack, the unopened pairs below the tissue paper must remain in their original condition.
- Kindly donate or repurpose the try-on pair, as we do not accept it back.
- We’ll cover the cost of return shipping (U.S. only).
Note for some, but not all, No-Fly Boxer Briefs:
- Each pair is individually packaged. The same return process applies — try on only one pair and keep the rest sealed if returning.
IMPORTANT:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if any pair besides the designated try-on pair has been opened or handled. Refunds will not be issued in these cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
One-Pack Returns
If Opened:
If you've purchased a one-pack and are unsatisfied with the fit or size, we’re happy to offer a free size exchange.

Please note:
We cannot offer refunds on opened one-pack items, even if unworn or unwashed. We encourage you to gift the unwanted pair to a friend!
If Unopened:
If the packaging is still sealed, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just return it within 100 days of receiving your order.
Mega Packs (Final Sale)
Mega Packs are heavily discounted and offered as final sale items. They are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if you receive the wrong size, a defective product, or experience any other issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team (support@getgotchies.com) — we’re happy to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
How to Return or Exchange Your Gotchies
Within 100 days of receiving your order, initiate a return or exchange. Please go to the following link: https://getgotchies.loopreturns.com/
Pack up the items in a similar manner to when you received them.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as part of any returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
