Gotchies Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Information
Some Gotchies products may be available for pre-order when a size, color, or style is temporarily out of stock but already scheduled for restock.

Pre-orders let you reserve your pair before the next inventory shipment arrives. This helps make sure you do not miss out when popular sizes come back in stock.

How Pre-Orders Work
When a product is available for pre-order, the product page will clearly show a Pre Order button instead of the regular Add to Cart or Buy Now button.

You will also see an estimated ship date before checkout. For current pre-order items, the estimated ship date is:

Estimated Ship Date: August 16th

When you place a pre-order, your order is collected immediately, but the pre-order item will not ship until inventory arrives and is ready to fulfill.

Mixed Orders With In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the in-stock items may be prepared separately from the pre-order items and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Pre-order items are held until the product is back in stock and ready to ship. Once your pre-order item is available, we will process it for fulfillment and send tracking information when it ships.

Estimated Timeline
Pre-order ship dates are estimates based on our current production, freight, and restock timeline.

We do our best to ship pre-order items on or before the estimated ship date shown at the time of purchase. However, because restocks depend on manufacturing and shipping schedules, dates can occasionally change.

If there is a meaningful delay, we will do our best to keep customers updated.

How to Check on Your Pre-Order
After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

To check on your order, you can:

• Review your order confirmation email
• Use the tracking link once your order has shipped
• Contact our support team with your order number

Canceling a Pre-Order
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.

To cancel, email us at:

Please include your order number and let us know that you would like to cancel your pre-order. If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can still contact us for help with returns or exchanges. 

Refund Timing
After a cancellation is processed, the refund is issued back to your original payment method.

Refund timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within several business days after they are processed.

Important Notes
Pre-order products are clearly marked before purchase.

If a product is out of stock and not available for pre-order, the button will say Out of Stock and you will not be able to purchase it until it becomes available again.

We appreciate your patience and support while we restock. Pre-ordering helps us reserve inventory for you and get your Gotchies shipped as soon as the new batch is ready.
