What's inside your box

Closed with a sticker. Break it and open from the top.

2. Your try-on pair

Right on top. This one, and only this one, is yours to test.

3. The green tissue paper

More than packaging. It's what keeps the pairs underneath returnable.

4. The rest of your pairs

Folded under the tissue. Leave these as they are until you know the fit is right.

How to open your Gotchies

Break the sticker. Open from the top.

Your order shows up in a sealed box. Break the sticker and open it up from the top.

Grab the try-on pair.

It's sitting right on top. This one, and only this one, is yours to test.

Actually test it.

Put it on. Check the fit. Wear it, live in it, wash it. This is the pair that tells you if the size and feel are right for you.

Leave the tissue where it is.

Everything under the green tissue paper can stay folded right where it is. No need to lift it or unfold anything until you know the size works.

Take your time deciding.

Love the fit? The rest are yours, enjoy them. Not quite right? Send the untouched pairs back and keep the try-on pair. It's yours either way, on us.

Why this matters

Underwear is personal, and hygiene matters.

The tissue keeps the pairs underneath unworn and fresh, so if they ever come back, they can go to someone else.

If the pairs below the tissue come back worn, or the box arrives with everything taken out and repacked, we can't pass them on to anyone else. That's the one case where we're not able to approve a refund or exchange, and it applies to pairs that look worn even when they weren't.

Ordered a single pair?

Still sealed? Full refund within 100 days. Already opened? We can't refund it, even unworn, but we're happy to do a $5 size exchange.

Some pairs come individually packaged

Some pairs arrive individually packaged. Same idea: try on one pair and keep the rest sealed if you think you might send them back.

Final sale items

Mega Packs and free single pairs can't be returned or exchanged, and international orders are final sale. Returns are U.S. only for now.

Wrong or defective item?

Email support@getgotchies.com with your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the product. We'll make it right.
